Michal received her PhD in clinical psychology from Columbia University in June 2025. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, providing direct clinical services through the Behavioral Health Partial (BHP) Program and McLean Trauma Continuum, and co-directing the BHP Practicum training program.
Michal has received specialized training in evidence-based therapies for anxiety and stress-related challenges in adults, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, complex trauma, and grief/loss (e.g., caregiving, bereavement). She takes a relational and emotion-focused approach to working with clients, tailoring interventions from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to meet clients’ unique histories, strengths, and goals for treatment.
Michal is currently taking referrals for private practice both virtually and through Dr. Crowley’s Lexington office. She can be reached directly via email: [email protected]
