Although we are not currently on any insurance panels for either psychotherapy services, if you have a PPO plan with out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be entitled to some reimbursement of fees paid to the practice.

Before committing to an ongoing individual therapy, the first 1-2 sessions will be consultation sessions to discuss if I can provide the services you need and help you reach your therapeutic goals. These initial consultation sessions also give you a chance to test if we are a good match for a working relationship.

Clients receive clear instructions for setting up and joining sessions, ensuring privacy and convenience, while still fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment through exceptional digital communication practices.
